At present, the computer monitoring and control system is used to monitor the running state of pump sets of pumping station for most of the large pumping station. And its monitoring range is narrow. In addition, the established pumping stations are lack of experiment and management personnel who can evaluate state and diagnose fault for pump sets at regular intervals scientifically and reasonably. For these reasons and the management requirements of South-to-North water diversion project, the research on the technologies of evaluating state and diagnosing fault for pump sets of pumping station is given, which will be helpful to ensure the safety of engineering, economic operation, and promote the operation and general management level of pumping station. Then, the prototype of the state monitoring, analyzing and remote cooperation diagnosing fault for pump sets of pumping stations is developed. It can realize some functions, including the remote state monitoring of pump sets, evaluating state of the main motor and main pump based on AHP and diagnosing fault based on multi-algorithm and man-machine cooperation.First of all, the research about state and development trend at home and abroad of the state monitoring, analyzing and diagnosing technologies is analyzed. And the functional requirements of the remote state monitoring, analyzing and diagnosing system scheme for pump sets of pumping station are put forward with the management requirements, including system function, architecture structure, the hardware and software structures. Besides, the experimental platform including selection of experimental devices, sensors, etc. is introduced.In chapter 3, the research and implementation of fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method of pumping sets is mainly introduced. And the basic principle of fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced. Then models of fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation of vibration, electric, temperature, spot check, running and operating efficiency are introduced in detail with the research subjects of the main motor and main pump of pump sets and AHP. Then the pages of comprehensive evaluation, each component evaluation, entrying information of comprehensive evaluation, modifying weights and database management are completed by Visual Studio. SQL. MATLAB. MSChart and so on, with the foundation of operation provisions of the main motor and main pump and operating standard of pump sets. Finally, in order to test software, the main motor and main pump are evaluated comprehensively from vibration, electric, temperature, spot check, running and operating efficiency firstly. Then, the result of comprehensive evaluation is produced based on six evaluation results and AHP. And the experimental results show that fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method and the software can evaluate the main motor and main pump well and comprehensively.In chapter 4, the man-machine cooperation fault diagnosis algorithm based on multi-algorithm is described with some emphasis. It uses BP neural network or fuzzy operation to reason possible fault causes. Then, the waveform features and the axis path shape information will be obtained by man-machine dialogue. Finally, the expert system is used to reason credible fault causes based on the preliminary result, phase characteristic, waveform features and the axis path shape information. In this chapter, the fault diagnosis modules of BP neural network, fuzzy operation, expert system, fault diagnosis based on multi-algorithm and man-machine cooperation are introduced. Then, the softwares of BP neural network, fuzzy operation, artificial trajectory identification are developed by Labwindows/CVI, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, MATLAB and so on. Finally, the software of the man-machine cooperation fault diagnosis based on multi-algorithm is tested by some experiments, and the results shows that the completed page can diagnose the fault preliminary.
