The Application Of Landscape Style Of France In Heyuan Guangdong Spring Community

With the rapid development, the requirements of quality for the daily space is also getting higher and higher, Which makes the estate agents take the landscape style as their basic competitive highlights. So a large number of non-local landscape style residential districts broke out. For the so-called "exotic style", they complete copy, do not take into account the characteristics of the residential area where they site, blindly pasting, and left lots of space lacking of its own characteristics.This paper takes the French garden landscape as analysis target. Firstly state the development course of, design features, and then deeply find out the principle by analyzing representative works in different periods, lastly summary out three basic applications of the French garden landscape in our local design:focus on the differences between western and eastern; combine the form and soul; combine the modern methods and the traditional methods.On the basis of the theoretical research above, choose a residential district with the French garden style called " Wanlv Chuntian " in Guangdong, Heyuan. Through analysis of the residential districts and the overall layout of the landscape, landscape design, landscape architecture, landscape plants, sculptures and other various elements, and put forward the FrenchGarden in Guangdong area residential area of merit:(1)Design of the overall conditions, respect for the field situation, not the blind pursuit of European style garden in the axis of symmetry;(2)Soul comes first, and then the form.(3)Native trees do better than introduce alien species.Also deficiencies include:(1)Lack of details in the pavement of the road, contrary to the French garden in the pursuit of detail line, carved;(2)Waterscape in the park in quantity and size are lacking, lack of the majestic momentum of French garden waterscape;(3)Only pursue the image, lack of detailed decoration. This study wants to find a way for designers in the French style residential district, provides corresponding theoretical reference, carries on the analysis in the different elements of landscape design. In a word, anytime soul comes first, and then the form.
