With the development of economy, the demand for the electric power energy of the whole society is growing, and at the end of the power system which directly distribute the power energy to the important users, its stability and reliability are greatly affect the economy’s production. The background of this research which comes from State grid corporation is " The research and application of power supply safety and support of technology based on the Internet of things for important users".It needs to research the supporting technology of power supply safety monitoring and early warning and assessment of data mining, and the reliability evaluation method of distribution system. This paper has made the following studies and works:The distribution system reliability evaluation method has been studied, and at the same time an unsteady component failure rate function model which called new weibull distribution function has been proposed in this paper. The bayesian network theory and its application technology in the distribution system reliability evaluation area have been researched,the reliability results of the distribution system have been given at last and the results has certain guiding significance for the important user to make maintenance plan.The technologies related to the information acquisition system have been researched and discussed, including the wireless communications, serial port, optical fiber communication and embedded Ethernet communication technology. According to the project requirement and engineering practical implement conditions, this paper has put forward the important user oriented physical architecture in power data acquisition system.Based on the STM32, the information acquisition system has designed and realized, and the detailed hardware and software design methods are given in this paper, also including the principle of point to multi-point network communication, embedded Ethernet technology, etc. At last the technical indicators of the test results are also given.The system has realized the function of real-time data acquisiting, the method of the system design was proved correct through the experiment and the technical index test, and the experimental results show that the system achieves the design specifications.
