| At present, the environment of electric power operation is becoming more and more complex, the communication traffic is growing with each passing day. Nowadays the communication network of Guangzhou pumped storage power station is running the optical fiber transmission network which is based on SDH and PDH, the composition of the equipment structure is complex and dispersive, it cannot be formed to a concise and efficient communication optical fiber transmission network. With the rapid growth development of electric power communication, communication network carrying business type and business particle are increasing, it is urgent to establish a power communication transmission network with high degree of standardization, high reliability and capacity. This paper selects the power of optical transmission network design scheme based on MSTP, which to achieve access, processing and transmission of the multi services such as IPã€TDMã€ATMã€PCM, design the communication transmission network structure, multi services network access scheme, security network scheme, management support scheme, uniform network management which is based on MSTP technology and combined with the current situation of communication network design of Guangzhou pumped storage power station.This paper analyzes the production business and life business service demand of Guangzhou pumped storage power station by the numbers, separate the communication network into four aspects which are transmission network, service network, support network, network management. Currently with the main use of power station equipments is power relay protection channel,the security and stability of device channel,data network channel.Most of the equipments do not have the management with three remote functions,alarm information can’t be feedbacked in real-time,it’s inconvenience to maintenance for the maintainer.Depending on the power station actual situation, it researchs the application of the key technology of MSTP in the corresponding level,and the power station fiber transmission network is divided into the core layer and access layer according to the concept of network architecture stratification. It analyzes the network topology, network protection and recovery, network management by layer and determine implementation plan. According to the current business demand of power station, due to the current system of power station is PCM device,it mainly involves remote sevices,electric energy metering business,dispatching telephone sevice and the telephone service.The PCM equipment has no monitoring function.The power station also has the numerous Ethernet services with the office network,voice broadcast,access control system,enviorment monitoring system,hydraulic observation.They are distributed in every corners of the power station,resulting in flooding with fiber-electricity converter,and occury a lot of fiber resources.The efficiency is low and it can not be effective centralize managemented.It designs the bandwidth prediction distribution by using the concept of network bandwidth sharing, prove the rationality of the distribution of bandwidth prediction by traffic analysis, configure optical fiber transmission device with the requirements, consist the optical fiber transmission network. It confirms optical cable construction scheme of optical transmission network by the route of fiber optic cable, the fiber optic function parameter and the situation of power station.It can improve the communication safety coefficient of power station by establishing the system. The transmission capacity of the power plant is greatly expanded, synchronous transmission capacity of each site is STM-4(622080kbit/s), which can realize the crossing capacity of 2016 x 2016. It is favorable to maintain the daily operation and management for factory business real-time control of power station. Network element device is adopted between the two fiber unidirectional path protection ring protection mode, it can reduce the transmission risk, to improve operational reliablitiy,to reduce the risk of business interruption.With established the most extensive communication network in power station,it eliminations the transmission coverage blind. It establishs a complete,monitoring,intelligent transmission network system, the network management data is delivered by ECC protocol or TCP communication protocol between network element equipments.It is real-time alarm monitored with realization of 2M service,PCM service and Ethernet service by network management. |
