Study On Life Cycle Integrated Management Mode Of Government Investment Projects

With the change of the development of society and the reform of government functions and the construction of the market environment, the traditional construction engineering project management model has been unable to adapt to the current social development, the government urgently needs to develop new investment management mode, in the analysis of the characteristics of government investment projects, comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing management mode and the scope of the whole life, cycle integrated management of government investment projects proposed(GPLM) model of integrated management mode, discusses the necessity of the integration project life cycle integration project, the parties involved in the integration and project management content respectively, the characteristics and effect of the GPLM model are analyzed, characteristics and advantages of this model are as follows:(1) The introduction of different integrated management groups into different stages of government investment in three different stages,three different leading people to guide the integration of management team members, fully consider the entire life cycle of construction projects, from the whole project, the overall objectives of the project management and control.(2) Information integration is based on the use of computer networks and other auxiliary tools, the use of information integration platform to achieve different management process of information transfer and data sharing.(3) The various stages of the management of different parties involved in the service, timely coordination and communication, to achieve the results of the dynamic tracking and adjustment.In this paper, the author hopes to cast a brick to attract jade to the large-scale construction project integrated management role, for the construction of our country’s overall economic benefit and market competition ability to provide certain reference significance.In addition to the introduction(Chapter 1) and conclusion(fifth), this paper mainly includes three chapters: the second chapter, the government investment project and management model.
