Fire safety work, therefore, become the top priority of urban public security work.The importance of fire safety work gradually, by the people bring fire control work of mass base at the same time also let the fire department of the rescue work has received the widespread attention, timeliness and efficiency of firefighting and rescue has brought a ray of firefighters great pressure. However, the restriction of the fire protection system in our country, the firemen generally faced with the rescue experience of a gleam of, work overload problem, brought huge difficulty to firefighters rescue work.Firefighters to aid Decision making, The author of this paper exists The phenomenon of subjectivity and blindness, change depends on The current situation of The self-rescue experience and intuition, a fireman line design The QR Code Identification Technology with The Fire Fighting Decision Auxiliary System(short for QRI&FDAS), to improve The firefighters extinguishing rescue decisions more scientific and objective.In this paper, we study the QRI&FDAS different decision auxiliary system, the target audience is a ray of firefighters, key points of the design is not to promote the intelligent system, but is because of the simple convenience of system and auxiliary information timeliness of objective. The system core technology is the use of QR code recognition technology to realize the whole system operating "fool", and based on the QR code has the characteristics of uniqueness for the system of monitoring analysis provide information source and basis.According to the actual use requirement of firefighters, by statistics, demand for basic information, route guidance demand accounted for 15%, 45% dangerous prompt demand accounted for 10%, cooperative engagement demand accounted for 30%;Based information demand, route guidance requirements, including dangerous prompt demand for information processing demand, this can be found, in practice, the firefighters, the information processing demand for QRI&FDAS is as high as 70%, as a result, this paper determines the QRI&FDAS with quick reaction capability as the core, information processing ability and operation monitoring and analysis for the target of the system design requirements, designed by the center database, information collection subsystem, subsystem of calling system maintenance subsystem and information framework, established to alert disposal, daily management and the overall structure of the training simulation system, with access to information, route guidance, dangerous tips and the specific function of collaborative operations for the system.Firefighting decision-making behavior belongs to unstructured decision making, firefighting and rescue QRI&FDAS decision supporting role reflected in collect and store data, for policy makers to analyze problems and make decisions to provide available information. In the process of decision aid, QRI&FDAS as fire special decision support system is the biggest characteristic of convenience and accuracy of information provided, will be limited in the process of actual combat saving to make a decision to firefighters and reaction time, change the current line firefighters action caused by have not comprehensive, not timely information failure phenomenon.In order to achieve the design goal and function of QRI&FDAS, respectively, through the study of software and hardware environment in the Android platform(Android) and Linux system on the basis of QRI&FDAS software model is established, and according to the requirements of the software model determines the QRI&FDAS hardware, make QRI&FDAS can run smoothly.Finally, QRI&FDAS through analysis of actual testing and user feedback, summed up the QRI&FDAS overall situation, and according to the deficiencies of QRI&FDAS future is prospected.
