So I chose this study has practical and important for the issue.Quality control is to monitor the quality of the formation process by eliminating factors that cause defective or unsatisfactory in all stages of the effect on the quality of the ring, in order to meet quality requirements and the use of various techniques and activities of quality jobs. The basic method of PDCA cycle as total quality management system operation, its implementation needs to collect a lot of data, and the integrated use of a variety of management techniques and methods. PDCA cycle is actually valid logical procedures performed any work for. In quality management, PDCA cycle has been widely used, and achieved good results, it is called the PDCA cycle is the basic method of quality management. In this paper, the basic situation of closed Busway A building mechanical and electrical engineering, based on how the analysis found quality problems and improve the quality of construction project management were studied. In theory and practice of research methods by AHP forth in PDCA cycle, using the method QC quality control process using such questionnaires, Pareto chart, cause and effect analysis diagram(Fishbone Diagram), histogram, value index, brainstorming and statistical classification methods such as data analysis, various factors affecting the quality of construction of a comprehensive analysis, the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation project quality control system, including human, machine, material, method, and other relevant qualitative and quantitative many factors, combined with the actual project quality management, from the establishment of quality plan, material procurement, control, model lead the way, quality control and other aspects of the corresponding measures to strengthen the dynamics of the whole process of construction project quality control, so as to provide reference for solving the main problem of construction enterprise project quality management in the present. The results showed that the relevant conclusions of this article has good guiding significance and practical value.
