During the aircraft flight, the main function of airborne flight data recorder is to complete the flight parameter data acquisition and storage. The requirements of aircraft for airborne flight data recorder is gradually increased due to the rapid development of technology. We adopt tape as a storage medium for recorder in the early stage, but it can not meet the needs of most application because of its low acquisition speed, do not support the data storage as file format and so on. Therefore, it has important significance to design a new airborne flight data recorder system. The main research work is as follows:Firstly, for the type of flight parameters included in airborne flight data recorder system, in the basis of researching on the signal characteristics and math model of analog, digital, sensors sync, frequency and ARINC429 bus, developed the airborne flight data recorder system overall scheme based on STM32F103ZET6.Secondly, design the overall scheme of hardware system. According to the modular design, the system hardware design is divided into flight parameter signal acquisition module, flight parameter signal storage module and USB data unload interface module. The signal acquisition module of airborne flight data recorder system designs corresponding signal conditioning circuit aim at the signal characteristic of 80 channel signal. It makes to meet the sampling requirements through filtering, amplification and shaping and so on to the sampled parameter signal, then, STM32 samples a variety of signals in turn as a certain order and frequency based on a pre-set program instructions; Signal storage module uses SD card as recording media, STM32 forms a data packet as a data storage format for the signals which sampled, and then, sends them to data buffer. STM32 writes the flight parameter data in the SD card according to the standard path when data buffer reaches to a predetermined amount,. USB data uninstall interface module is used to unload data at the end of the flight test by directly connecting the system with the host PC via USB cable.Thirdly, building the software overall design scheme based on hardware. It implements the functions of power-identification, resource initialization configuration, data collection and processing for this system. The main program is mainly to complete the work of acquisition various flight parameters and overall control the recorder system; The work that writes data to physical address is completed by the application of SDIO driven; The function of storage data in the form of file is achieved by embedded file system transplantion; By setting up the USB driver program, completes the uninstall work for flight data.The results show that the airborne flight data recording system achieves the function that acquisition flight data rapidly and storing it in file form by making full use of the rich hardware resources of STM32F103ZET6 chip and corresponding hardware and software designs. The system can also be connected directly with the host PC via USB data unload interface to read the data. The system improves the way of collection and storage for the flight parameter data. It also has the advantages of reading and writing in a high speed, plugging convenient, low power consumption and high reliability and so on. It has a strong research and practical application value.
