The M institute of the Chinese academy of sciences,as the supporting unit of thorium base molten salt reactor nuclear power systems(TMSR),has undertaken over 90% of the tasks,and its existing jiading park has the potential and basic conditions to build the TMSR basic research base."Thorium base molten salt reactor nuclear power system basic research condition construction" the implementation of the project,the purpose is to make full use of the jiading campus,on the basis of existing science and education infrastructure,expand the scale,the ability to scale,built TMSR basic research base as soon as possible,strongly support TMSR pilot special research work smoothly,guarantees TMSR special to achieve the goal of the first stage.This paper focuses on the quality management of the construction process of the basic research guarantee condition project of M Research Institute.It is divided into seven parts to give a detailed overview,the first part is the introduction part of the article,which focuses on the era environment of this study,the basic purpose of the study and its impact on the real society,and also describes the analysis method used in this paper.The second part describes the literature and data integrated in this paper,focusing on the quality management of construction projects,the concept and principle of control theory,and introduces the analytic hierarchy process used in the research.The third part is the general situation of M Research Institute’s repair project and quality management status,mainly introduces the basic situation of M Research Institute’s repair project,and introduces the current situation of M Research Institute’s repair project’s quality management system.The fourth part is the analysis of the existing problems and causes of the repair project quality management of M Research Institute.This chapter mainly analyzes the existing problems of the repair project quality management of M Research Institute,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fifth part is the quality management evaluation of the repair project of M Research Institute.Mainly clear the evaluation index,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for analysis.The sixth part is the improvement countermeasures of M Institute’s repair project quality management.It mainly puts forward the improvement countermeasures to improve the existing problems of M Institute’s repair project quality management.The seventh part is conclusion and prospect.It is mainly the author’s hope for the development of this field.In this paper,the study found that M institute repair existing construction project quality management personnel technical level to enhance effect,construction methods,quality assurance system,an unreasonable,traditional audit is not conducive to cost control problems,analysis of the reason is because of the quality management responsibility consciousness is weak,not perfect quality management system,the PDCA circulation method using short and traditional ideas.According to the research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the management personnel’s responsibility consciousness,establish and perfect the quality management system,rationally use the PDCA cycle method,and set up the people-oriented thought.This paper lays a foundation for the sustainable development of M institute’s infrastructure through research,and also provides reference for the research of the same industry.
