In order to improve the economic structure, maintain the sustainable development of economy and society and ease tensions between resource environment and economic development,our economy must be gradually changing from extensive growth mode to the resource intensive development,the strategic emerging industries must be developed vigorously.High-end equipment manufacturing industry, such as aviation manufacturing industry, as the most representative of the high-end complex equipment industry,is the most outstanding reflection of a country’s comprehensive national strength and core competition.Aeronautical equipment manufacturing industry has the characteristics of high technology content,multi industry, strong coupling effect and so on, thus becomes the top priority in the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.The system complexity and modularity of aeronautical complex product determines the modular strategy is the inevitable choice of aviation complex products manufacturing enterprise.The research on the cluster structure in the aeronautical complex product manufacturing networks is of great significance to the layout of our aviation industry.The modular research of the production network of the aviation complex product can reveal the characteristics of the aviation industry cluster structure, optimize the resource allocation efficiency of the aviation industry cluster, and promote the innovation and development of the aviation industry cluster.From the aeronautical complex products production network, this paper explores the method of network modularization of aviation industry, analyzes the current situation of our country’s aviation complex products manufacturing network and puts forward some suggestions about development of our aviation industry.According to the following logic:Firstly, this paper describes the background and significance of the topic,narrates the research methods and the innovation points of the article.Secondly, it introduces the development and application of complex network theory,Random Graph Theory, small-world network model, EA scale-free network model and its research status.Then it studies the modular approach to the production network of complex aviation products and presents some common indicators for measuring complex network characteristics. According to the problem of single index for too one-sided selection of the center node, the paper proposes the synchronous clustering algorithm and test the validity of the algorithm is tested in Zachary network. It makes further research on the problem of synchronous clustering algorithm and proposes the modularalgorithm for the production of complex products based on topological potential theory.At last, the algorithm is applied to the modularization of C919 network,analysis the current situation and deficiencies of our aviation industry,the strategies and recommendations of cluster structure optimization are put forward.The main results obtained are as follows:(1)Put forward a modular method for production networks of aeronautical complex product based on modularity—synchronization clustering algorithm,and Apply algorithms to Zachary network.It is found that the synchronization clustering algorithm is superior to the GN algorithm and the TopLeader algorithm on modularity.the algorithm combined with two indicators to select the center node can effectively avoid the one-sided.(2)According to the synchronization clustering algorithm does not consider the actual attribute of the network node and determine the index of network node reality is too subjective defects,optimized algorithm and put forward a new modular method based on topological potential theory.(3)The algorithm is applied to the C919 parts network to discover the characteristics of network and the deficiency of China’s aviation industry;according to the topological potential value of nodes to sorts nodes in importance.
