The regional aviation hub is the large-scale airport,which usually has the transfer and organization function in the civil aviation transportation network.It is a major component of the civil aviation transportation market,and it is also the distribution center for the aviation passenger and freight of a specific region.The construction of a regional aviation hub can promote the rapid development of the regional economy,as well as the continuous and healthy development of feeder-line airports and the civil aviation industry in the surrounding area.In this paper,the research is focused on seven major areas of civil aviation administration of China.Based on the complex network theory,studies the selection criteria of passenger or cargo hub airports in the construction of regional aviation hubs,and predictes the selection of region's future passenger hub airport or cargo hub airport.Puts forward the countermeasures of regional aviation hub construction under complex airport network.The specific research content of this paper mainly includes the following five aspects:1)The relevant concepts of regional aviation hub are defined.This paper analyzes the development status of the complex airport network of seven regions in China,includes: the development status of the complex airport network,the transportation scale and growth rate and the layout of the airport network etc.Research results indicate that the civil aviation transport airports have remarkable hub characteristics in seven regions of China.And the development of hubs has become the development trend of the civil aviation industry.2)The complex network characteristics of the airport network of China are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the degree and degree distribution,cluster coefficient,and average path length of the airport network,we can conclude that the scale of the airport network in China is increasing,the navigable connection degree of the airport is increasing,the accessibility of the airport is strengthening,and the central hierarchy is improving.3)The 12 major hub airports which are officially defined by the civil aviation administration of China are selected for analysis object.Based on the complex airport network,the passenger and cargo throughput of the 12 hub airports in China are analyzedwith the aid of gravity model,JAVA analysis software and average growth coefficient method.The selection criteria of seven regional passenger or cargo hub airports are calculated respectively..And then,according to the selection criteria of passenger hub airport or cargo hub airport in each region,the hubs of the existing airports in the seven regions are selected.4)Taking the southwest region as an example,this paper analyzes and forecasts the future aviation hubs in China under the complex airport network.By means of regression analysis,constructs the throughput prediction models of passenger or cargo hub airports in southwest China.And then,uses the model to forecast the passenger or cargo throughput of the southwest region and the top 10 airports for 7 years.Combined with the selection criteria in chapter 3,the paper analyzes and predicts which airports in southwest region can be developed into regional passenger hub or cargo hub in the following 7 years.5)Combined with the problems existing in the development of the seven regional complex airport networks,some countermeasures for the construction of regional aviation hubs are put forward from the perspectives of the government,airports and airlines.
