Bridge construction engineering invests much money, it s structure design is complicated, its operation is standard, it requires high precision and accuracy, and the construction period is longer. It is impossible to avoid all risks in the construction. One the construction accident will cause huge economic losses and disgusting social impact. Bridge engineering construction risk man agement can help bridge construction enterprises to identify the main risk factors in the process of bridge construction, and to evaluate the probability of risk and the possible loss. If bridge construction enterprise takes a series of measures before the accident, the enterprise can avoid the accident or reduce the probability to a certain extent. The research object of this paper is the risk management of W bridge project in Harbin. The research methods such as literature research, case study, expert scoring method, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, experience summary and other research methods are used to study the risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and monitoring of W bridge engineering project. First, from the bridge engineering project risk management theory and the problem analysis, using risk factor analysis method, establish the risk evaluation index system of W bridge project, and then put forward the risk evaluation model based on FAHP(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) method, and finally gives the risks response and monitoring methods of W Bridge Engineering project. The case study shows that the risk management of bridge engineering project can predict the probability and consequence of risk s by identifying, analyzing and evaluating the risks of the project and take the appropriate way to avoid the risks of the project to reduce the risk of loss, to achieve the desired objectives of the project.
