Research On The Height Control Of Han Zhong Historic Urban Areas From The Perspective Of Historic Urban Landscape Conservation

For a historical city, building height plays an important role in urban form. It det ermined not only whole environment of the city but also scale of urban internal space and scale.With the fast development of modern city, height of historic city has been broken through unceasingly. The development and construction of city have influence d and destroyed traditional historic city landscape, that has become a common proble m of historic city conservation. In Vienna, Austria, 2003 planning high-rise building of in the heart of the city damaged historical and cultural heritage.Then the building had been changed massing under the intervention of the World Heritage Committee. T he "historic urban landscape"(HUL) conservation had been put forward because of th e incident.Hanzhong is a National Famous Historical and Cultural City, city height control a lso has been the important content in urban planning. However,city contemporary bui ldings have effected and destroyed historic urban landscape in a way. Traditional sp atial pattern, characteristic historic landscape,important historical view, traditional u rban spatial organization and layout, have been effected.All the cities are the same, p eople cannot be found in its urban identity and sense of belonging. Character of histo ric urban has been destroyed urban collective memory disappear gradually. Height cont rol had been done in city planning, but modern architectures outside the historic city area also effect city traditional characteristic. Formal practical experience in city heig ht control just control historic urban area, it is a relatively passive protection control, cannot have satisfied as an urban heritage and historic urban landscape conversation re quirements.This dissertation research hanzhong historic urban area, based on the historic urb an landscape conversation(HUL) method,the direction of height control of city scope limited to the scope of protection of the historical city of but covers everywhere rela ted to urban historical evolution of space. Through analysis and study, dynamic heigh t control management method is put forward,namely,the first step is to simulate the construction projects for the future, then invited the interests of all parties involved i n decision making, to evaluate the effects of project construction, finally can deter mine whether or not. As regards of height control method, introduced plant interve ntion control,that uses plant element to weaken the influence of contemporary buildin g in historic urban areaThis dissertation uses Applied ArcGIS,ArcScene technology to simulate urban m odern height, historical height,planning height, at the same time try to restore the his torical scenes,traces the origin,dynamic scene simulation, simulation the constructi on and the future impact of urban construction of urban historical style and features,and forward the corresponding management methods and constructon guide.
