Research On The Adaptive Protection Of Bayu Historic Towns From The Perspective Of Historic Urban Landscape

Since the reform and opening up,Bayu region has experienced a rapid urbanization development,has a great development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards,but also has brought tremendous impact to the Bayu historic towns,at the same time,as the environment of Bayu historic town is different with traditional plain areas,existing heritage concept is not suited to the situation of the protection of Bayu historic towns.As a result,Chongqing is facing the real predicament of humanistic environment destruction and the decline of the physical environment.At the same time,the concept of "Historic Urban Landscape" was introduced and gradually developed into a set of scientific protection and management methods,and began to promote the practice across the world,which provides a new way for the protection of Bayu historic towns."Adaptability" is a dynamic research method related with "subject" and "background",same with the relationship between the concept of Historic Urban Landscape and geographical characteristics of Bayu historic towns.Therefore,this paper combines regional characteristics of Bayu historic towns with the connotation of the core concept of Historic Urban Landscape through the method of adaptability,trying to find the adaptive protection methods of Bayu historic towns under the view of Historic Urban Landscape.Based on the full field research and data collection,in view of the predicament and the core question of the present situation of Bayu historic towns,this paper introduces the concept “Historic Urban Landscape” and excavates its core connotation and the core concept.On the basis of this,in the process of application of Historic Urban Landscape in Bayu conservation of historic towns,explores contemporary Bayu historic towns feasible way from three aspects :the overall protection of the landscape,the accretion protection of multi culture;the live protection of contemporary development.At the same time,this paper combines the HUL theory and method with the planning practice of Fengsheng Town in Banan,Chongqing,trying to provide useful experience of the future protection of Bayu historic towns.
