In general, because of the big difference of urban terrain, we can’t form a unified system.The management exist very big loophole and management measures are not perfect.To give full play to economic benefit and engineering benefit of urban drainage system, we must hold the principle of the overall planning.we must combine with the actual situation, conform to the development of society,and adhere to walk urbanization road, then meeting the demand of the development of urban modernization.According to the topography and the current situation of the drainage system and wastewater treatment of the small towns, this text took Yi Chuan county as an example, to probe into the problems existing in the drainage system and sewage treatment system, to put forward optimization and improvement measures. the drainage system and sewage treatment of similar small towns by the system to provide the reference in practice.
