In recent years, the economic construction in cities and towns continue to develop, the population is growing, with the increasing of the load of the original urban drainage system. At the same time, a lot of urban drainage system and wastewater treatment system was not perfect, which affect residents’ life,transportation and industrial production largely. Taking Yi Chuan county for example, with the development of its economy, drainage pipe network system and sewage treatment system gradually cannot meet the needs of local people, the main problem is: Because the design standard is low, which leads to the early installation of small pipe diameter and pipe network is in full flow state; part of the pipeline aging broken; Town of the original basic belongs to the confluence system, drainage system of rainwater and sewage mixed flow, causing capital cost is on the high side; Parts of the original pipe laying is not perfect, even without the drainage pipe network, sewage and rainwater directly into nearby rivers, and these caused the receiving water body pollution, and posed a threat to the health of the residents; The imperfection of the drainage system is not perfect, make the rain concentration emissions, or rely on relief into the river, easily to waterlogging. In general, because of the big difference of urban terrain, we can’t form a unified system.The management exist very big loophole and management measures are not perfect.To give full play to economic benefit and engineering benefit of urban drainage system, we must hold the principle of the overall planning.we must combine with the actual situation, conform to the development of society,and adhere to walk urbanization road, then meeting the demand of the development of urban modernization.According to the topography and the current situation of the drainage system and wastewater treatment of the small towns, this text took Yi Chuan county as an example, to probe into the problems existing in the drainage system and sewage treatment system, to put forward optimization and improvement measures. the drainage system and sewage treatment of similar small towns by the system to provide the reference in practice. This topic research provides practical reference in the similar design.The main contents of this text:1、 By investigating and literature reviewing on medium and small towns, understand the situation of Yi Chuan county, including the natural conditions, geographical conditions and water quality. Then we explore the present situation of the sewage treatment system and drainage system in the area, and analyzes the existing problems; 2、 From the selection of drainage system, the system planning of pipe network, pipe comparison, we put forward the drainage system planning scheme, in view of the optimization of drainage system and the sewage system. In addition, for the rational utilization of water resources, we also put forward measures about rainwater special utilization. 3、 Discuss the sludge treatment schemes in the process of sewage disposal and put forward improvement measures.On the basis of meet the wastewater discharge standard, discusses the meaning and measures of sewage treatment plant water reuse. 4、 Though literature review, take Yi Chuan county as an example, analyze the original CASS wastewater treatment process, to find its advantage and control factors, then put forward optimization measures.
