As the main force of infrastructure construction and the acceptance of population migration,small and medium towns play an important role in the pace of national modernization.Drainage engineering is related to people's living environment and safety,which is an important part of urban municipal infrastructure construction,the technology has been relatively perfect,but the development of drainage engineering is still relatively insufficient in the small towns,one reason is that local governments do not pay enough attention,also is the lack of relevant local planning guide construction.The backward drainage system has restricted the modernization drive of small town,and the improvement of drainage system in small and medium-sized towns must be put on the agenda.Northern Anhui recently developed rapidly,but the drainage system is still relatively backward.Through a investigation,the main problems of drainage system are:the drainage system is chaotic,water supply and drainage facilities had been designed in low standards,the diameter of drainage canal was too small to effluent sewerage,part of the drain channel siltation phenomenon exists,rainwater drainage(pipe)alluvial river is serious,the city water body has been varying degrees of pollution,the lack of reasonable sewage collection system and sewage treatment process;Part of the town is never compiled drainage professional planning,there is no scientific guidance of the infrastructure construction.In order to solve this problem,we carry out the field investigation on construction and development of drainage system in Northern Anhui Province,and we collect information about drainage system of middle and small towns,trying to put forward the better rain-water system?better sewage system and better sewage treatment process.Studying of the traditional and new drainage system,we compared four kinds of conventional sewage treatment,discussed layout form of pipe network and water quality,etc.In order to determine for various design elements in Northern Anhui;Finally,in Jieshou City Quanyang town as an examples,making a preliminary planning of drainage system,calculating the cost of the project.especially we puts forward the idea of technology and the development of sewage regeneration.I hope to provide ideas and reference for the drainage planning of similar areas.This topic draws the conclusion as follows:1.The definition of small towns will be the organic town;2.The new urban area to achieve rain and sewage diversion,the old city built a new sewage pipe,the current status of the cover culvert into rain water pipe;3.We confirm the standard of rainwater runoff control in this area,calculating the initial rainwater intercepting flow,determining the layout form of sewage system network and the depth of sewage treatment in this area.4.Making a comparison of four kinds of urban sewage treatment process was,the small sewage treatment plant(design size<5000m~3/d)using IBR+artificial wetland treatment process for medium-sized sewage treatment plant(design scale of more than 5000 m~3/d)using CASS+filter"treatment process.
