Most countries around the world have paid much more attention to a sustainable water resources use model—developing non-traditional water resources through all kinds of ways. Developing non-traditional water resources has huge economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits. This paper selected Beijing as study area, and analyzed present condition of non-traditional water resources use in Beijing. Then, the feasibility of developing non-traditional water resources in Beijing is discussed and the potential quantity of non-traditional water resources in 2010 is estimated. In order to enhance the effective utilization of rainwater, polluted water, seawater and advanced healthy development of corresponding projects, index systems of benefits comprehensive evaluation on rainwater utilization projects and reclaimed water projects are studied. Based on theoretical knowledge of corresponding field, absorbing experiences and ideas of experts, comprehensive benefits of rainwater utilization and reclaimed water projects were evaluated. According to the conclusions of this paper, suggestions to Beijing conservation society development were advanced. This paper includes 6 chapters. The main contents are as follows:① Background, purpose and meaning of selected topic were introduced. Non-traditional water resources utilizations inland and abroad were analyzed and the difference between China and other developed countries were pointed out.(2) Traditional water resources and non-traditional water resources utilization present conditions in Beijing were analyzed in this chapter. Aiming to the issues of Beijing water resources utilization, suggestions were advanced.③ The feasibility of non-traditional water resources utilization in Beijing is analyzed, and potential of demand and supply in Beijing of 2010 were estimated.④ Principle of index system of comprehensive evaluation was discussed , and attentions were introduced.⑤ Theory and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytical hierarchy process were introduced and the composition of AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced.⑥ Comprehensive benefits of rainwater utilization projects and reclaimed water reuse projects were evaluated by AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Through this evaluation, some problems were found and corresponding suggestions were advanced.⑦ The conclusions got from this paper are showed at last. The disadvantage and improving direction are pointed out. The trend of the study in this field is pressurized.
