Green Building Design Of Rural Houses In Weibei Area Of Guanzhong District

In Guangzhong district, there are rich loess resources, historical and cultural heritage and natural rural houses. With the development of technical and economic change in modern society, the local rural houses situation which has become worse and worse, on the form of rural residential layout, material utilization and ecological strategies, bring on a series of prombles, such as solid waste pollution, poor qualitied construction, lacking design, unconvenience and uncomfortability, short life span of rural housing, frequently updated renovation, high-energy consumption and low-energy efficiency, waste of energy and resources, destruction of the environment. Under the new urbanization background, creating a pleasant living space and protecting the environment have become the inevitable demand for construction and development of rural residential construction.Firstly, identifying the research framework and system according to the existing research and the background of local knowledge in Weibei area of Guanzhong distrtict, selecting the specific object of survey, measure and study depending on the different level of economic development and population, which is located in Ling Quan Village, Cattle Village and Liu Yan village in Weibei area, understanding the status of life, production, living environment and green building situation of local villagers, and statistical analyzing the problems of existing houses in the process of green road, which will summarize the following five main issues:unreasonable land use, poor indoor environmental quality, underutilized water resources, material waste of resources and low-energy efficiency.Secondly, from the perspective of natural, economic and social development, using DeST software to test rural houses thermotechnical performance in Weibei area of Guan zhong district, analyzing the influence factors of the land use with outdoor environment, indoor environmental quality and resource use, summarizing the main point of green development, which result in integrating related fringe requirements and adjusting the original rural house design strategies in the guidance of Green Building Evaluation Standard. As much as possible ignoring the influence of differences between the city and country, the adapted rural houses green design strategy in Weibei area of Guanzhong district district would be proposed, meeting the needs of residents to maximum extent.Finally, based on the status of rural residential space of Weibei area in Guanzhong district, combining the specific living requirements of the production with appropriate green building design elements, maximizing the needs of the rural population to improve and balance the needs of rural houses and green building design, which will propose targetedly rural residential green building design strategies in terms of land using and outdoor environment, indoor environment and resource utilization, such as land zoning and the creation of outdoor environment, indoor natural light and ventilation optimization enhancement, resource allocation and recycling. Combining with the specific update strategies, taking Ling Quan village of Heyang county in Weinan city as an example to analysis, and using DeST software to test related green performance, which would demonstrate the conclusion on the update direction of spatial form.In general, the studying has started with the current situation of rural houses spatial form in Weibei area, summing up the method of green building design on the spatial form of land use and outdoor environment, indoor environmental quality and resources using, confirming the strategy of rural houses green building design, which would play a positive role in enriching and improving the theory on green rural houses development.
