| The variation of asphalt pavement construction quality is one of the important reasons that affect the quality of asphalt pavement construction.Construction quality control is a dynamic process, which runs through the construction of asphalt pavement.Adjust the production according to the deviation of the found, so that the production is in a controlled state, which is an important technology to ensure the quality of pavement engineering.The paper is based on the survey results of a number of highways in Gansu province, a systematic study on the variation of the construction quality of asphalt pavement is carried out:From the analysis of the variation of raw material of asphalt mixture,the variation of asphalt, aggregate and aggregate for asphalt pavement are analyzed.The technical index of quality variation in the process characteristic of aggregate is analyzed emphatically, and the influence of raw material technical index on the performance of asphalt mixture was studied.The main index control technology and influencing factors of the asphalt mixture production process are analyzed,such as asphalt aggregate ratio, aggregate gradation and feed temperature variability. Establishing a prediction model to predict the asphalt aggregate ratio.At last, the variation of asphalt mixture is added to the current mix ratio design method.The variation level of compaction degree of asphalt pavement is calculated and analyzed and the influence factors of the degree of compaction were studied.The effects of lower bearing layer, rolling process, rolling temperature and mixture gradation on the variability of asphalt compaction were analyzed. Analyzing the effects of paving machine,rolling process, lower bearing layer and seam on pavement evenness.Based on the analysis of factors affecting the quality of asphalt pavement, the technical measures for controlling the variation of raw materials, production process, compaction molding and evenness of asphalt mixture are put forward. |
