With the rapidly development and deeply study of the traffic infrastructure construction in our country, just the semi-steel base course asphalt pavement can't fit with the need of situation. Particularly, for the contract cracking of semi-material can't be prevented effectively, study and develop flexibility base course is very urgent. Use the ATB and granular material for the base course is the popular structure type abroad.In view of the situation that domestic asphalt stabilized macadam (ATB)'s application experience is extremely few, the author has molded specimen under different compaction effort, different thickness of bituminous layer, different compaction temperatures, different bitumen-aggregate ratio and different gradation through indoor simulating test, contrasted the bulk density and air void of molding specimen, analyzed the influence to asphalt stabilized base course (ATB-30) compaction from these aspects for convenient construction controlling.Compaction temperatures and construction technology are the major influence factors to compact in the construction courses. Because environment factors have a significant impact to temperature descent of the mixture in the construction courses, so the research has explored the rule of temperature descent of ATB-30 mixture through simulating the course of temperature descent inside and analysis of the data of temperature descent from two aspects such as different air temperature and different thickness of bituminous layer, fixed roll-controlling temperature and the estimating formula of effective compaction time of asphalt stabilized base course (ATB-30) according to the relations of Asphalt mixture's compaction temperature and the air voids, the Marshall stability, the flow value. This method compares the traditional control method to be more effective, reliably, it provides the practice basis for solving the bituminous pavement roller compaction problem. Finally it has conducted the research to the base course construction technology, obtained the best compaction method and the construction machinery combination.The dynamical control systems of the bitumen-aggregate ratio has been built by calculating the averaged value, the polar odds, the standard deviation and the coefficient of variation of bitumen-aggregate ratio in sampling inspection, drawing the dynamical control charts to analyze the fluctuation of the bitumen-aggregate ratio, seeking the reasons and putting forward the effective method to ensure qualified construction quality to the fluctuation of data that is beyond normal scope.
