Some of the roads constructed in my country in the early stage have entered a period of major repairs,which will generate a large amount of waste asphalt pavement materials,which contain precious bitumen and ore resources.Recycling technologies for waste asphalt pavement materials that have been reused by these resources have received widespread attention.The application of thermal regeneration is the most common in regeneration technology.Different molding methods use different molding instruments,and different molding instruments have different forces.Even if the gradation of the mixture and the amount of asphalt are the same,the performance of the force is different under the same compacting work of different molding instruments.There is also a certain difference between the output volume index and road performance.This article discusses the influence of different molding methods on hot recycled asphalt mixture.The research content includes: analysis of the cause of asphalt aging and the mechanism of aging asphalt regeneration.Analyze the influence of RAP characteristics on different molding methods and mixture properties.Through the relevant tests on asphalt mixtures with different RAP content.Analyze the influence of RAP characteristics on the road performance of synthetic gradation and factory-mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture.A large Marshall test piece and a rotary compaction test piece with different RAP contents were formed and the volume index was determined.Analyze the impact of different molding methods on volume indicators.After the core is taken,the road performance test is carried out.Analyze the influence of different molding methods on the road performance of factory-mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture.Studies have shown that as the amount of RAP added increases,the amount offine aggregate in the synthetic gradation decreases.High temperature performance and shear resistance are enhanced,and water stability and low temperature performance are reduced.Compared to Marshall's compaction of RAP,it is more sensitive to the method of rotation pressure.The bulk density of the formed test piece is greater,the porosity is smaller,and the strength of the mixture is higher.Show better road performance.The research also provides a certain basis for the actual production of hot mixed asphalt mixture in the factory.
