The Research On Commercial-residential Area&Architecture Design Of River-valley Town In Qinling

Since the construction of the new urbanization in China, the township construction in various regions of China has been rapidly developed, and the living standards of the township residents have been significantly improved. But in the development process also encountered many problems, the source of these problems in general because of the lack of guidance or normative guidelines related survey shows, resulting in around the township government cannot pass through the practical basis of township construction make a scientific basis for planning advice.Rural residential-commercial buildings and the formation of block is the township construction process in the rise of a new ring whose function directly affects the demand of residents in villages and towns of daily living and commodity trade, how to achieve by means of the relevant regional planning and construction to adapt to local conditions and future development, and ultimately in line with the vital interests of local residents and the living experience, is the goal of this paper in the design part of the need to achieve.In this paper, taking western part of the north and south sides of Qinling Valley- town as a research object, through examples from the current situation of research, theoretical research,questionnaires and other methods,in the nature of commercial-residential buildings as a starting point to explore the building,first from the point of view of the scale of the township,township transportation, commercial distribution, layout mode, analyzes the types of commercial and residential blocks and make evaluation of layout model,given the proportion of commercial and residential district township planning area recommendations based on relevant factors,secondly, from the commercial- residential building mode, commercial activities, space design, construction groups and other aspects, summed up the characteristics of commercial buildings in adaptive design,finally, the actual project cases for further analysis of the accuracy of the above outcomes.
