Research And Evaluation On Living Environment Of Xi’an Shapo Village Residential Area

Alone with the acceleration of urbanization, urban construction become extension and expansion, " Reconstruction of the Village" nowadays has become more and more popular.Resettlement planning and construction of settlements often overlooked resettlement of villagers as a traditional way of life and habits. Blindly urban living standard area to build an even lower standard placement of settlements, resulting in a lower placement of settlements living environment quality, a badlly lack of sense of belonging to the villagers. Therefore, this paper takes Xi’an Shapo Village Resettlement Residential Area, its living environment status assessment, in-depth understanding of current environmental problems and solve the housing resettlement villages settlements have a strong reality and necessity.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is theoretical research, mainly focus on the theory of human living environment and living environment evaluation practices. The second part is building the Habitat and evaluation methods of environmental indicators, to build settlements in the particularity of resettlement for resettlement sand Village Settlements people living index system and evaluation methods of environmental assessment. The third part is based on the status of settlements in the Shapo Village resettlement survey, with questionnaire survey, this paper obtained the living environment subjective evaluation, using mathematical statistical methods to its statistical analysis and comprehensive conclusion. The fourth part analyzes the placement of Shapo Village Settlements Habitat environmental problems and make recommendations, hoping to give other resettlement communities living environment planning and construction of certain reference.The main results of this study can be summarized as follows: Index System of Evaluation of Human Settlement Construction and evaluation methods to sort of Shapo Village Residential Area Habitat state of the environment carried out detailed field research, based on this system to build on Residential Village People evaluation index system of the living environment, divided into specific applicable performance evaluation and environmental performance evaluation.Environmental assessment indicator system and evaluation methods model the use of Shapo Village Habitat resettlement settlements were evaluated. The results show: Xi’an Shapo Village Resettlement settlements living environment overall evaluation good value(3.815), but there has a big step to reach the quality of the living environment. Empirical analysis shows: Shapo Village on Residential Environment Construction in the building and residential condominiums, residential and ecological environment, humanities building settlements planning and settlements in these areas there are problems.The placement of Shapo Village Settlements people living environment of the evaluation results, recommendations were from residential buildings, planning settlements, the construction of three aspects of the human environment, we hope to see in the future the other villages in the same type of placement has a better planning.
