Along with economic development, urban sprawl, is still the most dynamic region in modem urban waterfront area. Viet Nam is riparian countries, major cities are located in the Marina and waterfront area, Vietnam’s urban waterfront landscape renovation was the center of attention. Papers on the basis of case studies on urban waterfront landscape, along with Vietnam’s rapid development of urban waterfront, the design and reseach for urban waterfront landscape renovation is carried out in-depth Thesis will focus to create the scope for design in areas of urban waterfront landscape renovation, and construction of landscape environment.On the basis of analysis of landscape environment of urban waterfront plannings in China and International fields will help me to understand strategies of urban waterfront and waterfront landscapes designs and waterfront landscape renovation also create general awareness.China and Vietnam being Socialist developing countries with good relations so urban development strategies also have many similarities.The inspiring and successful rehabilitation of urban waterfront in China is a lesson to be learned In future for Vietnams urban waterfront development.With the research and studies on Chinese and international perspective on urban waterfront space will combine nature, urban context, energy and functions. It help to describe how waterfront’s fits into the landscape of the city.The research will help to understand renewal of urban waterfront landscape design, spatial planning and organisation of urban waterfront areas. Further support to form policies on spatial updating of waterfront landscape design elements, paths, and so on. Also the thesis will help Vietnam on urban waterfront landscape designs construction and co-ordination among the various elements of development in urban waterfront future. |
