The Research And Design Of Platform Mode About Auto Parts Product Development And Production Organization

The implement of manufacturing strategy at the national level, and the market level for the pursuit of personality and avant-garde, innovation has become a decisive factor in the industry and the country’s economic development. It is increasingly significant that the traditional development and production methods of auto parts can not adapt to the rapid development of the market situation. Because of the wide range and complex process, the process of auto parts’ development and production organization is dependent on a high degree of resources. But at this stage, the continuation of traditional production development methods have been shown to hinder the auto parts industry, more and more innovations have been remained at the stage of idea, and they can not be put into practice, in order to ensure the timeliness of information flow, establish the patterns of cooperation between enterprises at the same level, and reduce the costs and risks of innovation, there is badly in need of a network platform to reconstruct the resource model of traditional product development and production organization. The purpose of this subject is to promote cooperation, exchange and sharing resources between upstream and downstream as well as similar enterprises, to reduce the costs and risks of innovation, so as to promote the innovation and development of auto parts industry.In order to analysis the product development and production process, this paper makes passenger seats as an example, analysing the demand and organization for resources from conception to implementation phase, describing the drawbacks of the overall pattern at this stage, applying service design methods to comb the stakeholders of the auto parts industry chain from whole perspective, and establish platform from system, functions, services processes, and resources organization, so that make the information, materials, services, and other media delivery efficiently and accurately, strengthen cooperation and resource sharing between all enterprises. In order to enhance the users’ confidence of the platform and make a good experience when operating, combining the computer’s characteristics and theory of information architecture, bringing forward the interface design principles and information architecture of the network platform.In Detailed designing phase, using user research methods, including questionnaire survey, user interviews, competing product analysis, to identify potential users’ work habits and needs, draw the user experience map to found the user’s pain points, targeted to complete the functional architecture of platform. Finally, drawing paper prototype, using usability testing to validate and refine the interaction logic of interface, using Axure to draw low-fidelity prototype, using PS, Coreldraw, AI and other graphic design software to output high-fidelity prototype, manifesting the rationality of the interface and interactive logic.
