| Construction industry is a pillar industry in our country. Its quality is not only related to the development of the economy, and is closely related to people’s lives, which is directly related to life and property safety. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to the development of construction industry, especially the quality level. In this paper, we mainly study the problem in quality control of Changfang Group real estate development projects, and analysis of the policy and regulatory measures of quality control.First,this paper, on the basis of combing the existing research and theory, takes M real estate development project as the research object, and examines the status quo of the project quality control. It finds that project in the development stage, construction stage and completion stage all has certain quality control aspects, such as loopholes.Second, this paper puts forward relevant solutions for the above problems, including: to perfect the development of quality control strategies, such as setting up perfect quality management organization and system, perfecting project quality control plan and audit system, strengthening the construction stage of design quality control; to perfect the construction phase quality control strategy, respectively from the material quality control process, personnel management, environmental management, clear of construction technical, checking mechanism and procedure, quality common fault prevention which are to improve the lack of quality control of construction stage; to perfect completion stage of quality control.Finally, the article also puts forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of specification, such as strengthening quality control process in the period of design phase management, strengthening quality management in the period of construction stage, carrying out the relevant system, to further strengthen the whole process of quality control, which is for the next reference about quality control. |
