Now the detection of hydraulic switch machine oil tankvolume on the railway is still in an artificial way. It is very difficult to get very accurate data through this way of working.It is limited by the technical level of the staff, the accuracy of the hydraulic table or climatic conditions and other factors. At the same time, due to the heavy rail traffic and the large amount of railway switch machine number, only depending on the staffs monitoring and timely maintenance to find problems in a timely manneris difficult. It is also difficult to guarantee the switch and the switchmachine to run normallyand correctlyThe main purpose of this paper is to research onthe oiltank volume data ofthe hydraulic switch machines in a certain section of the railway.According to the characteristics of railway work, starting from the actual situation of the railway, this paper used the Android system, LabVIEW platform and pcDuino open source hardware and designed a kind of oil quantity monitoring systemto ensure the supervision and standardization of the system.The whole system consists of three parts: the system hardware, the control center software and the software of the mobile system. First, pcDuino open source hardware uses ultrasonic sensor to measure the amount of oil data, and it is transmitted to the control center software and mobile software system. Then, the control center software will be measured by the data receiving, storage, analysis and alarm, etc.. The control center software includes four modules: login interface, real-time monitoring, database and fault alarm. Finally,through WiFi technologymobile system software to make mobile users get easy access to the data.Then the data will be flashed directly on the phone.The mobile system software includes four modules: WiFi connection, login interface, data display and waveform diagram.The final result shows that the hydraulic switch machine oil tankvolume monitoring system can accomplish monitoring tasks.
