| Steel-concrete Composite Structure is a new structure developing on the basis of steel and the reinforced concrete structures. Since it has overcome the weaknesses of these two materials, it has a series of advantages. However, the combination of these two different materials requires special shear connectors.Shear connector is capable of not only transmitting the shear between steel beams and concrete flange, but also resisting the relative-slip between steel girder and the concrete flange plate, so as to ensure the integrity of them. Thus, it plays an important role in the composite beam.Currently, the carrying capacity of the shear connectors is calculated by uniform standard which is simplified artificially. The practice shows that, according to the calculation standard of the current specification, the carrying capacity is controlled by the upper limit of the formula. It makes the excessive use of stud connectors in the actual projects, which leds to the multi-step construction and inconvenient welding practice.To explore the mechanism of shear studs shear connectors, examining its carrying capacity, therefore we choose the composite structure which combined of stud shear connectors, and conducted the following research:(1) Through access to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures to explore the force mechanism of shear connectors, to analyze the shear properties of stud shear connectors, and other types of connections are compared.(2)Combining with the knowledge of material mechanics and structure mechanics, the constructional measure and the elastic and the plastic design formula of connection parts are put forward. Furthermore, take the project of “World Cultural Center of KESHANG†as an example, to conduct the design work of shear connector.(3) With the practical application of composite structure in the project “World Cultural Center of KESHANGâ€, according to the engineering parameters to establish finite element model, to conduct the analysis and study of the finite element model, as well as and parameters of quantitative analysis, to explore the influencing factors of the bearing capacity of shear studs.(4) According to the finite element analysis results, and the empirical formulas for the bearing force of shear studs are presented, and then carry on the contrast with each country’s standard formula and the experiment results existing as well as the other empirical formula. Moreover, the error analysis is also carried out, all this contrasts are to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the empirical formula. Finally, with the help of the empirical formula, the design work of the project “World Cultural Center of KESHANG†is conducted. |
