The Development Of Elevator Periodic Inspection And Maintenance System Based On NFC Technology

Aiming at the typical problems existed currently in the use and maintenance of elevator. In this paper, based on the NFC technology, design and developed a set of universal and convenient elevator maintenance monitoring system. The system has changed the traditional backward state of registration and statistical information by using paper in regular inspection and maintenance equipment management, increased the maintenance information management of intelligent terminal, which will help the maintenance of information recording dramatically; Greatly reduced the work intensity in maintenance management, effectively avoid the accidents happening under abnormal condition; To avoid the errors in recording process, the maintenance records of the equipment working state taken unified format, effectively improved the work efficiency. Through strengthening supervision of maintenance personnel in time, greatly improves the accuracy of elevator maintenance; By using clearly label scanning, can effectively prevent the uncovered of maintenance personnel, and remind maintenance personnel to repair and maintenance timely, effectively strengthening the equipment maintenance; Moreover, an achieve the timely and accurate records on the maintenance equipment, easy to the management staff master the running conditions of equipment, and take corresponding measures timely; Maintenance system also can be connected with the inspection and testing system of special equipment, and provide convenience for management.In the end, the system has good versatility, has the characteristics of real-time, flexible and easy to expand, can effectively reduce the elevator accident rate, also has a good market prospect.
