| The elevator is the most component for high building, it is the important tool used to transport to aimed floor quickly and safely. Along with development of real estate industry, the usage of the elevator is gradually increasing. The society requirement to elevator safety performance is more and more high. At present, domestic and international research has focused on the design and manufacture of elevator, but the research of elevator maintenance process and the efficiency are not enough, so many enterprises'ability has not been completely developed about maintenance. The dissertation is based on S Elevator Company's actual situation of elevator maintenance process, then analyze and study maintenance process in industrial engineering, the aim is little input to improve the efficiency and keep the maintenance quality.Firstly, this dissertation has analysis the existing procedures of elevator maintenance. Protract operate analysis figure through analysis on the relevant data collected to improve the mechanics productively time and reduce free time to make the job load more reasonable. Then establish the standard labor hours according to work measurement technology and qua the standard of units per headcount. After the company-wide spread significantly saving the maintenance hours and improve units per headcount and balance the maintenance staff work load. The result is saving many labor cost.Finally, the dissertation discussed the direction of further work. |
