The Dock Production Process Improvement Research

To implement Business Process Reengineering(BPR) and Business Process Improvement(BPI) for Shipbuilding Industry, it is an important way to rationalize the Shipbuilding Process, achieve the Shipbuilding Balance& Produce Well-organized, and it is the only way to realize Great-leap-forward Development and build Modern Shipbuilding Mode. To optimize the dock in the manufacturing process, which make for the introduction of modern shipbuilding production management mode, promote the transition of the production management model roundly, keep balance carrying of the dock, improve the utilization ratio of the dock and the quality of ship construction, shorten the shipbuilding cycle and reduce the cost, enhance the enterprise’s profit ability and market competitiveness. Therefore, the implementation of the dock production process optimization, it is a great significance to effectively promote enterprise development.At present, China’s shipbuilding enterprises achieved the lead position in construction,but production management and production efficiency have a big disparity compared with world-class shipbuilding enterprises. The dock as the core resources of the shipbuilding enterprises,long produciton period and low efficiency is the bottleneck of China’s shipbuilding enterprises longterm development. Hence, we must pay attention to the dock production process optimization, reduce the cost and increase the efficiency.,it may relalize the breakthrough which from quantitative change to qualitative change,then to win the market from the competition.This paper is on the basis of the theoretical naval architecture, and combined with CSSC Guangzhou Longxue Shipbuilding Company’s existed production processes, to discuss the fast hull-erection method research, precision management, large block building, dock erection network scheduling, pre-erection site resource management research, regional erection production pattern, production rhythm, undock integrity from the operation and management. To find out the problems and difference of the existed production process, put forward the ideas of the dock shipbuilding production process, achieve shorten the construction cycle, reduce the production cost, improve the efficiency of the dock shipbuilding. The paper is from the theoretical analysis to practical problem analysis, then to countermeasure and suggestion,and planning to build a new processand and practical application evaluation to put forward some ideas of the dock production process optimization. And through actual ship building implementation situation, from the dock cycle,hull-erection efficiency and the integrity status etc.economy index analysis to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the new production process system.It is provide a reference basis for a local process continuously optimizing. CSSC Guangzhou Longxue Shipbuilding Company’s dock production process was balanced and ordered gradually,stable speed increase and the production situation was improved significantly according to above series of optimization.
