With the development of China’s high-speed railway project cost control has become the focus of attention. In the high-speed rail station house construction, the design stage of investment housing projects throughout the high-speed rail station plays a decisive role. So the impact on high-speed rail station building design phase cost factors and correlation of it is necessary, has important practical significance.Aiming at current situation of high-speed rail station house construction project cost management in the design phase and problems, combined with the Chengdu station expansion and reconstruction of the project to discuss, analyze issues related to the design phase of the impact cost. Analyze the different design of high-speed rail station house cost by analogy, part of the cost structure by establishing a data model for high-speed rail station house design division of influencing factors were analyzed. It was found that, from a management point of view, high-speed rail station house design stage cost factors according to the degree of influence as follows: the survey and design phase of the achievement and quality; the results of the early stages of work and quality; to survey and design of the control and management; budgetary estimate editorial quality.
