Land Use Planning Study Of New High Speed Rail Station Area

With the high-speed railway construction and the continuous development of a profound impact on all aspects of economic and social development, one of the important driving force of economic development of healthy and stable. High-speed rail not only changed the way people travel, urban development, transportation organization, spatial layout and structure also will produce a greater change. High-speed rail station as a catalyst for urban development, more and more attention by the various cities, many cities rely on high-speed rail station area development, the formation of the city's new economic growth point. Therefore, the high-speed rail station area planning and construction are on the agenda. Many cities are discussed research and implementation of the planning. In this paper, the North Station in Nanjing Liuhe controlled detailed planning of the preparation of high-speed rail station area land use planning and development strategies have been studied and discussed in order to expect high-speed rail station area planning to provide some reference and basis.Nanjing Liuhe North Station situated in the old edge, adjacent to the Liuhe airport belongs to suburban New High Speed Rail Station, our modern high-speed rail stations mainly in such high-speed rail station in the majority, while the future planning and construction of high-speed rail stations are mostly located in the new district of the city, therefore Liuhe North station area object as practical research has certain significance. In this paper, literature review, case study method and system for induction to explore new high-speed rail station area land layout planning, from the planned high-speed rail station area case studies start, summed factors affecting high-speed rail station area land layout, analyze these factors the degree of high-speed rail station area land arrangement of different elements, and finally on planning strategies.The paper consists of six chapters, the first chapter, by reading the definition of research object and methods of planning and construction of today's high-speed rail station area analysis of the situation and the relevant literature and the like. The second chapter is related to railway development processes and case studies, summarized and railway construction and development of high-speed rail station area planning situation. Chapter three case studies draw high-speed rail station area land layout factors, these factors more in-depth analysis of the case by comparing the impact of these factors demonstrate high-speed rail station area land arrangement of the various elements. The fourth chapter analyzes the high-speed rail station area to determine how functional orientation, principles proposed high-speed rail station areas should follow the land layout, structure and policy recommendations. The last chapter is the conclusion of the paper, the main conclusions expressed in this paper proposes shortage of this study.
