The Research Of Guiding User Interface In O2O Retail Terminal Based On Mulit-screen Interaction

Recently, a variety of intelligent multimedia devices is changing the experience of users with the advent of digital information life, also includes the rise of cloud technology and big data technology.For retail industry which based on digital business marketing concept, Just like linking up online and offline shopping channels at the same time, it has become a consensus that many businesses choose to create intelligent retail stores and build multi-screen interactive information environment. entity retail terminal has been to improve the multimedia environment, and turn the brand visual marketing to the experience marketing, effectively enhance the sense of user engagement.Multi-screen interaction can be understood as information interaction between multiple screen, and it break the information barrier of the intelligent media equipment and build a bridge of multi-screen information. Multi-screen interaction caused a smart and convenient feeling,meanwhile, the particularity of mult-screen interaction is also required for the original interaction interface. This paper is the research for multi-screen interaction interface of retail terminal.This paper studied on the content of multi-screen environment on the entity retail terminal screen and the content of multi-screen interaction pattern. In order to find the user’s characteristics and requirements. Put forward the idea that multi-screen interface requires visual guidance. Then according to the interactive characteristics, Research that how to help users with visual guidance and the principles and methods of visual guidance on user interface.This paper summarizes the results of the research, explored the content structure and visualform of multiple screen interface based on entity retail terminal platform by combining theoretical research and practices, which confirmed the design theory of the guided user interface. It provided certain reference for multi-screen interface development, and provided the theoretical basis and reference for design the multi-screen interaction interface in domestic entities terminal.
