Weighing and batching is an important part of daily life and production,it plays adecisive role in the production and processing of food, feed, cement concrete and otherproducts. With the development of high and new technology, people require betterfunction and higher stability of weighing and batching equipment. Accordingly,thisarticle proposes and designs an intelligent weighing and batching instrument with smallvolume, multiple functions, high precision, and the remote control can be realizedthrough mobile terminal.Compared with the traditional instrument,it is not only aperformance boost, but also can monitor and manage the weighing and batching processby operator through the mobile terminal such as the intelligent mobile phone when theprocess environment is execrable and can not communicate through the host computer.In view of the traditional weighing instrument has the problem of low stability,less function, high cost and can not realize remote control, this article started from apractical point of view, designed and developed an intelligent weighing and batchinginstrument with a STM32as the control core, in order to meet the continuousdevelopment need of social production. According to the practical technicalrequirements and the functional characteristics, it determines the overall design ofinstrument. The hardware structure includes the core chip STM32、the signal acquisitioncircuit、DC power、the communication circuit、GPRS module、keyboard and displaycircuit. The control process is:the instrument collect the Silo,s presure signals,and thentransmit to the main controller STM32after AD convert, according to the relevantcontrol algorithms, control the relay act,then control the opening and closing of theSilo,communicating with the host computer through the serial port then realizingautomatic control of the weighing and batching process;Wireless communication iscarried out through the GPRS module and the mobile phone, realizing the automationcontrol of the mobile terminal weighing and batching process.This paper introduces the hardware design and the software development process ofeach part of the system in detail,using the iterative learning control algorithm,givingfull consideration to the various error sources,effectively reducing the influence of all kinds of adverse factors in weighing and batching process,improving the accuracy of theingredients. After the preliminary debugging in the lab and the inspection results afterput into the actual project site shows that the intelligent weighing and batchinginstrument possesses stable operation、high precision、low failure rate,basically realisesthe fundation of control and management to the instrument by mobile terminal, alltechnical indicators have reached the design requirements.At the end of the article, the whole design and development process is summarized,and analysising the shortcomings of the instrument design. Combined with the newtechnology emerging in recent years, the next step of the research work is prospected.
