| With the rapid development of the world military equipment, the missile design has become very complicated in structure design, force conditions and loading of boundary conditions. At the same time, to obtain high reliability and try to shorten the design cycle, design method of high precision and fast speed is needed. This paper proposes the use of secondary development of UG and the parametric modeling function to build a system that can minimize the number of repetitive work about configuration design, improve working efficiency.Firstly, this paper puts forward the concept of full missile parametric, this concept is put forward based on the parametric design, it is the development and extension of parametric design. Relative parameters, and it make the parametric design about configuration of each module on missile by parametric methodSecondly, UG parametric function can only be used in UG extern mode. And complex structure and more feature models cannot well express. In this paper, though the using of secondary development module, author make secondary development of UG parametric modeling function, and parametric design is independent of UG software, and simplified parametric design of operation, provide the conditions to create missile configuration design system. Finally, interactive presentation of the flow chart and the UG model parts displays the actual effect of missile contour structure design system. Through the actual use, that can be achieved to enhance the efficiency of the effect, it can reduce much of the time structure design of missile. |
