This paper, the focus is on acrylate spraying waterproof material. It is Researched that six kinds of filling material, such as calcium, white carbon black, aluminate calcium silicate, focusing on its anti-corrosive effect on the spraying waterproof material.And optimizating the composition of spraying waterproof material under the condition of high-pressure gasless spray painting,the adaptability in tunnel and underground engineering.The last liquor is maded by adding one kind of filling material on the A、B liquor. Testing the viscosity, thixotropy, stability, polymeric velocity, polymeric gradation of the last liquor, the strength, the elasto-plasticity, the corrosion resistance of waterproof membrane, the performance of fulling material is determined.The test programme is designed on orthogonal method. The last liquor cotaint kinds of filling material. Contrasting viscosity, polymeric gradation of the last liquor, the strength, the corrosion resistance of waterproof membrane, the performance of fulling material is determined.Consider the case of large-scale construction, construction means is desided to be high-pressure gasless spray painting. Based on the above test, combining the particularity of high-pressure gasless spray painting, a lot of tests such as tensile test, tear test are done. Then, the paper gets the best composition.The last liquor is made by adding calcium silicate on the monomer liquor.The pH=13static water immersion test is done for modified waterproof material, observing the change of properties of acrylate spraying waterproof material like corrosion, tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength from a macro perspective. SEM-EDS test is done to observe the microscopic structure of the corrosion and improvement of the waterproof material, at the same time to confirm macro test. The test results show that: the alkali resistance properties of calcium silicate fillers on the acrylate spraying waterproof material improved significantly, reduce the phenomenon, and the waterproof effect can still work in extreme alkaline water environment.
