Research On New Technology Of Self-adhesive Waterproof Coil Construction

With the rapid development of the national economy,the number of large-span structures and high-rise buildings is increasing.The structure of the basement and the form of the roof have also undergone major changes.At the same time,the leakage problems in the basement and roofing parts of the construction project have become increasingly prominent.Leakage will affect the owner's use and living comfort.The more serious will affect the structural safety of the building,and the user's life and property safety will be seriously threatened.Aiming at the problems existing in traditional self-adhesive waterproofing membranes,this paper proposes a new self-adhesive waterproofing membrane construction process.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzed the construction technology of traditional self-adhesive waterproofing membrane from two aspects of underground engineering and roofing engineering,and elaborated the problems existing in traditional self-adhesive waterproof construction and the causes of problems.Aiming at the problems existing in traditional self-adhesive waterproofing membrane and its construction method,combined with a new self-adhesive waterproofing membrane construction technology,the traditional self-adhesive waterproofing membrane construction technology and self-adhesive waterproofing membrane construction are compared and analyzed.The difference in the bonding mechanism,construction process,construction process,control points,etc.The characteristics and superiority of the new self-adhesive waterproof membrane construction process are summarized.(2)Taking a railway station shantytown renovation project as the engineering background,the CPS reaction self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is compared with traditional self-adhesive waterproofing membrane,SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane and EPDM waterproofing membrane.The engineering quantity is similar to that of the other three waterproof coils,the construction period is shortened by 4?6 days;the cost is also lower,and the cost can be saved up to 30% per square meter;in terms of waterproof effect,CPS reacts self-adhesive waterproofing membrane It has good elasticity and strong corrosion resistance.It is tightly bonded to concrete and it can better adapt to the cracking and expansion of the base layer.
