| Since the reform and opening, our country’s devotion to education is increasing,and put forward the education policy of “relying on science and education â€. Secondary school education in our country is very important. Children are future, so it is necessary for us to provide them with a good learning environment.The urban and rural construction area has more than 50 billion square meters in our country by 2013, But more than 90% of them are high energy consumption, building energy consumption has accounted for 30% to 40% of the total energy consumption.Energy consumption structure is given priority to with coal resources, which accounted for more than 75%,and building heating coal and accounted for about 70%. Most of the secondary school buildings in Hohhot which are different from the economically underdeveloped areas has huge heating energy consumption in winter.What’s more,the classroom has higher temperature, but lower relative humidity and air quality, more heating energy consumption and environmental problems.Secondary school buildings energy consumption is also very large.Apart from other public buildings, the particularity of teaching building is intermittent used,so the teaching building has huge energy saving potential. There has been relatively mature building energy efficiency evaluation standard in The United States and Europe,however the development in the field of building energy efficiency in China is relatively backward. Along with some standards in our country, we should not only guarantee the thermal comfort of secondary school buildings of Hohhot,but should reduce the energy consumption of secondary school buildings,then the ecological development idea will certainly into in the construction process of secondary school buildings. The climate of summer is verypleasant in Hohhot, most secondary school buildings utilizes the "natural ventilation" and "ceiling fans" could meet the thermal comfort, So this paper mainly research the comfort and energy saving measures of secondary school buildings comfort and energy saving measures in winter.This paper, based on the climate characteristics of severe cold area in China,analysising the current situation of four secondary school buildings which called Jingye secondary school, Number 40 secondary school,Tumote secondary school and Shuguang secondary school.Pointing out the existing problems by thermal environment test and subjective questionnaire that combined with relevant energy-saving design index, calculating the PMV,PPD and neutral temperature of the typical room,understanding the thermal comfort evaluation and requirement of students. According to these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding reform measures and green building design methods,then building a model by Revit Architecture 2010 and simulating the building of different position and the total energy consumption,comparing the teaching building energy consumption by Ecotect Analysis 2010,analyzing the energy saving potential.What’s more, some secondary school buildings green design strategies are also included for promoting green building methods in secondary school buildings of the application.Lastly, This paper also provides certain theoretical basis to green school transformation.This research tries to achieve two goals: one is to explore the defect of thermal comfort and its energy saving reconstruction measures of secondary schools in the severe cold area and the desired range of thermal comfort.The other is to explore and put forward certain practical suitability technology and methods for the secondary schools and their energy-saving potential in this region without impacting the thermal comfort.What’s more,we wish that the green building design method could be introduced and the energy could also be saved in the north area of China. |
