With the continuous development of society and the rising popularity of people's life happiness index,these are inseparable from the use of energy.Among these,the consumption of the construction industry is particularly serious.In order to stop the energy crisis and further deterioration of the environment,sustainable development and "green" development concepts have penetrated into various fields.Colleges and universities are large energy users in all kinds of buildings.With the wide application of intelligent buildings,the construction of intelligent campus is urgent,which provides more energy saving and comfortable living environment for teachers and students.Based on the BIM model,this paper optimizes the energy-saving design of public buildings in colleges and universities,analyzes the change of comfort on the basis of this,and finally discusses the relationship between them.The main work is as follows:(1)Through the combination of various energy-saving measures,the existing buildings are passively designed and transformed,and Ecotect software is used to analyze the thermal environment,sunshine,and light environment in the early stage of project design;On the basis of the analysis,the shading components in the deepening stage of the project are optimized,and the energy consumption changes before and after the transformation are simulated to get the energy saving situation is obtained.(2)Collecting and integrating indoor environment data,including temperature andhumidity,indoor air quality and so on,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate indoor environment(3)Correlation of environmental parameters with human satisfaction,analysis of the relationship between the two to create a satisfaction prediction model.And based on the energy-saving indoor environment parameter simulation values into the known model,to obtain comfort changes.Finally,the Ecotect was used to simulate the uncomfort degree to verify the reliability of the results.Through the application of this paper,the use of BIM technology for the establishment of three-dimensional information model,combined with Ecotect to complete its transformation,not only to achieve energy-saving effect,but also to meet people's growing comfort needs,which provides a useful reference for energy saving design and comfort improvement of buildings in the future.
