Research On Diffusion Of Technology Innovation In Construction Industry Dased On Industrial Cluster

Literature research shows that there is a mutual promotion between industrial cluster and technological innovation diffusion. Innovation activities such as knowledge spillover, technology diffusion, and so on, promote the agglomeration of enterprises, while the acceleration of industrial clusters is conducive to the formation of innovation networks. This paper focused on the construction industry characteristics of the construction industry cluster and technology innovation research, then put forward to build a virtual cluster of construction industry based on BIM technology as a platform to, and using the cluster effect to promote the construction industry and technological progress, and also accelerate the development of the construction industry agglomeration.In this paper, 31 provinces and cities in the country are selected to calculate the location entropy of the construction industry to form a cluster of regions, and then analyze the relationship between the level of the construction industry and technological innovation. Empirical studies show that the construction industry cluster can obviously promote the technical progress of the industry, and the promotion effect of technological progress is not significant. Through the analysis of the results of the empirical study, first of all, the expansion of the concept of broad sense and narrow sense of the building industry, and to promote the building industry cluster and technological progress of research should be settled in generalized the building industry to play the cluster effect. Then, aiming at the characteristics of the construction industry, combining with the development of new information technology in the building industry. It is a new way to promote the cluster and technological innovation in the construction industry. Based on information flow theory of building industry chain, this paper puts forward the idea of building a virtual cluster route based on information technology such as BIM, and establishes the framework of virtual cluster model and analyzes its effect. Finally, the development path of the construction industry virtual cluster is proposed.
