| With the development of science and technology, modern industry develops toward automation and intelligent increasingly.So mechatronics equipment applies more and more widely. PLC is the most commonly controller of mechatronics equipment and is one pillar of the industrial automation. At present, the PLC program is mainly debugged on the actual equipment,which makes the development cycle of the device is very long and the efficiency is low. So it is important for the development of mechatronics equipments to research on PLC program debugging method.The paper develops the platform of PLC and SolidWorks co-simulation in the LabVIEW by G language. PLC program can control the movement of SolidWorks 3D model by the platform,so the equipment design and manufacture and control program debugging can be conducted at the same time.According to the characteristics of PLC program,modularly design LabVIEW platform and develop a common set subsystem.The module recombinant and parameter settings of the subsystem can build the platform that PLC control SolidWorks model easily.To solve the problem of the high-speed pulse command simulation, the paper designed the small motion according to Straight-Line Move in NI SoftMotion and realize the simulation of high-speed pulse.Finally, the system of PLC control program debugging is tested on the 3D model of the button cell plating machine. The result shows that the system is feasible. |
