As the Hydraulic equipment is easy to achieve quick start, automatic control, complex action, stepless speed regulation and easy to get a larger force and torque, it is widely used in various fields of national production.However,whether the hydraulic equipment can run reliably and safely depend on the quality of hydraulic components to a great extent.Therefore,it is very important to test the performance of hydraulic components. This topic originates from an research project of measurement on the performance of hydraulic components.This project is mainly to develop a comprehensive performance test system for hydraulic and transmission components.It can test static and dynamic performance of typical hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders and special transmission components.The test system relates to a number of techniques,such as hydraulic transmission, automatic control, signal detection, database design and maintenance, report form design,HMI and PLC. This paper completes the program design of the performance test system for hydraulic pump/motor and on-site test.This paper briefly introduces the common control modes of the hydraulic test system and S7-300 PLC used in the test system, emphatically introduces the program design and usage.Softwares used in this paper include Wince, STEP7, Access and CrystalReport.As upper computer, Wince completes the Human-Computer interaction. As lower machine, PLC executes the procedures, so that the entire test can be executed by rules. Data can be shared and transmitted between Wince and PLC. As storage container, Database completes the retrieval and storage of data. When the test parameters are needed to be changed, they can be modified easily in the database, without the need to modify them in the complex PLC program. As output tool, CrystalReport completes the output of data and conclusions of the test. The staff decide whether to continue using the tested hydraulic components according to the report forms.In the part of program design, the design of general PLC program blocks and hydraulic pump/motor test procedures is completed. After that,the simulation debugging is carried out in the hydraulic and pneumatic laboratory.Finally,the on-site tests are completed,and through the user's acceptance.
