| As a special magnetic switch,the reed switch has been widely used in the aviation industry and plays a very important role.At present,the reed switch type signal device produced by the company is an important component in the aircraft fuel quantity measurement system.The internal reed switch is opened or closed to send out corresponding electrical signals,thereby monitoring the aircraft fuel level,and according to The oil volume sends out early warning signals in time.As the core component of the reed switch,the reed switch is adjusted to the reed gap,the angle of the reed,and the overlap area to ensure the normal performance of the reed switch.The current production process of the company’s dry reed switch mainly adopts manual adjustment based on experience,which has disadvantages such as low yield,low quantification,and low production efficiency,which can no longer meet the current capacity requirements.In order to improve the production efficiency and quality of dry reed switches,this thesis proposes a reed switch adjustment and test integration implementation plan,from the aspects of adjustment and test integration after reed switch packaging,design and development of a dry spring parameter debugging system,to improve production efficiency and The purpose of quality.According to the actual needs of the company,this thesis analyzes,designs and implements the reed switch parameter debugging system based on various technologies such as reed switch,visual recognition and image processing.This article first discusses the development and research status of the reed switch parameter debugging system,discusses the characteristics of the same type of research,analyzes the domestic and foreign situations,and clarifies the main problems that need to be faced.Secondly,related development technologies are introduced,and overall requirements,functional requirements and technical capabilities are analyzed,the design principles of the reed switch parameter debugging system are clarified,and the overall system architecture and hardware and software functions are designed in detail.Finally,the system was implemented,the hardware components and parameters of the measurement camera system,computer host,display and stabilized power supply were clarified,the system software flow was designed,the logic processing process and software effects were described,and the test results were displayed.The reed switch parameter debugging system designed and developed in this thesis uses three optical cameras to image the reed switch in real-time high-definition.The operator can intuitively observe the adjustment situation and use a high-definition industrial camera for high-precision measurement.The system software can display the wide side,narrow side and overall image of the reed tube.The narrow side can measure the reed coincidence,gap,and the thickness of the reed,and the wide side can measure the width and inclination of the reed.The overall display camera It can help to observe whether the reed is in the middle of the glass tube.A button switch is used to control the switch of the regulated power supply,which is convenient for the heating device to heat the reed switch.In addition,the regulated power supply can accurately control the output power and voltage,and the safety of the operator is ensured by setting the output mode of low voltage and high power.The reed switch parameter debugging system designed and implemented in this thesis has been used in the production and debugging of the company’s reed switch,and has achieved good results.In particular,the image zoom and gap parameter measurement functions well meet the actual application requirements.The adjustment qualification rate is over 50%,which improves the production capacity of reed switches and reduces the difficulty of adjustment. |
