Study Of Generation Strategy Of Community Center

This paper includes two parts:Part A project drawings and Part B research report.The project is residential district community center design in Nanjing Dingjiazhuang project phase ii land parcel, composed of architecture and engineering drawings.In view of the lack of relevant information about domestic community center design in the present, the research work in the field need to be complete. This report is on the basis of the first-hand information collected from participation in the whole process of project practice during the period of graduate student, combined with analysis of the literature research and case study to research the generation logic problems in the construction of residential district community center. With the research of residential district community center’s historical development, the typical function composited construction and the analysis of different community center case in the domestic and overseas to reach the necessity of research on the generation logic; and from the function layout, streamline organization, public space shape, form design to explain the study of residential district community center’s generation logic; Finally, summary on the basis of the above research on community center generation logic research, hoping to provide some enlightenment of domestic community center design in the future, and makes some suggestion to the future research in this field.Total number of words is about 40000,147 for pictures and 1 for diagrams.
