Tourist traffic is the main artery of communication between the tourist generating region and tourist destination, and it also connects with tourist activities within the tourist destinations. Tourist traffic has a good role in promoting the development of social, economic and cultural of the entire region. Recently, the tourism industry developed rapidly, presenting a series of questions about urban transport and tourist traffic. In this context, the large tourist attractions of traffic management methods are discussed, in order to provide some guidance about the planning and development of tourist attractions.Firstly, the connotation of tourist traffic is analyzed in-depth from aspects of the concept, classification and constitute. And the general characteristics and demographic characteristics of the tourist traffic are given specific analysis, besides of analysis of tourist traffic conflicts.Secondly, the implication and calculation methods of tourism capacity are described and summarized, and the passenger forecasting methods are discussed. Under the analysis of parking demand characteristics, taking into account seasonality and volatility, parking demand model is proposed qpplying to tourist traffic.On this basis, this paper focus on the optimal parking supply, combining with optimization theory, it is divided into constrained model and unconstrained model. By analysis of the best effect of parking supply, walking distance and investment cost are chose as the optimization goals, analyzing their functional relation with the parking supply scale, in order to establish the objective function. After considering the actual situation, constraint conditions of the function are determined. After that, constrained and unconstrained optimal parking supply model based on maximizing the overall efficiency are establishedAgain, depending on the location of tourist attractions, traffic management of urban attractions and suburban attractions is elaborated. For the traffic management of internal attractions, the tourism circuit design, transportation planning guide signs, pedestrian traffic organization and vehicle traffic organization are analyzed in detail. Also, management systems and measures of parking area are studied.Then, comprehensive evaluation methods of large tourist attractions are introduced. The index system is builded and calibrated, which is based on traffic, tourist effectiveness and socio-economic impacts. The improved fuzzy AHP are used to determine the weight of evaluation indexes, setting up a comprehensive evaluation model based on the generalized function method and improved fuzzy AHP for large tourist attractions.Finally, taking Chaya Mountain of Zhumadian City as an example, the traffic and parking demands are predicted, to optimize the supply scale of parking facilities, and scenic traffic organization and management are analyzed.
