With the various field understanding and the linear regression, the population and volume are forecasted. To get help from the forecasted figure, we can conclude that solve the traffic jam is needed very much. Four-step traffic demand forecast model is used to analyze the traffic generation and transit trip. So measures of making corrections are put forward to plan the west Guiyang traffic development reasonable.Utilizing the example of resolve of the traffic problem at home and abroad and linking with the development of the economic, the article proposes the method to relive the traffic jam.
