For the aircraft adopts tube-launching mode,wings are folded before launch and rapidly unfolded after firing. After the aircraft flew out of the tube,wings are automatically opened to the position and locked by the unfolding force. In this paper, folded wing aircraft as the research object, study its composition and functional principles of the various components proposed folding wing design, build aircraft wings folded three-dimensional model, motion simulation and strength analysis of characteristics, through the ground to expand testing and static test, verify the rationality of the structural design of folding wings.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the folding wing, to propose a torsion spring as a power source for driving the folding wing aircraft design of new programs, and folding the airfoil, the deployment mechanism and locking mechanism to study the structure of structural strength and spring locking mechanism of the screw are calculated and detailed design of the torsion spring structure has been designed to expand the time were calculated.
