| Bionic micro flapping wing aircraft imitates the flapping wing flight mode of natural organisms.It has excellent flight performance and has the advantages of concealment,small volume and low quality.It has a wide application prospect and will play an important role in the military and civilian UAV market in the future.Aerodynamic characteristics are closely related to its flight performance,which has always been the focus and difficulty of researchers.This paper studies the aerodynamic characteristics and optimization design of wing,and puts forward a new aircraft design idea.The main research contents are as follows:The flapping principles such as unsteady aerodynamics,high lift mechanism of flapping wing,flapping wing motion mode and flapping wing coordinate system are studied.Combined with the morphological characteristics of biological wing,the bionic flapping wing is designed and manufactured,and the static analysis is carried out.The bionic flapping wing with the best stiffness is preliminarily determined,and the tail wing is designed and manufactured.Through the analysis of the trajectory and attitude of the biological wing,the trajectory of the bionic flapping wing is designed,and the main motion parameters of the bionic flapping wing are determined.The theoretical calculation of flapping wing aerodynamics is carried out,and the main indexes for evaluating aerodynamic characteristics are determined.Through aerodynamic simulation,the effects of aerodynamic parameters such as flapping wing shape,flapping wing stiffness,flapping wing frequency,wind speed and flight angle of attack on the aerodynamic characteristics of flapping wing are explored.At the same time,the effects of tail shape,wind speed and tail attitude angle on the aerodynamic characteristics of tail wing are completed,which provides a theoretical reference for the optimal design of bionic flapping wing.According to the designed movement track of flapping wing,the overall layout idea of flapping platform is put forward,and the calculation and design of mechanical and electrical systems such as mechanical structure and drive of flapping platform are completed.Then the mechanism motion simulation is completed to verify the rationality of the mechanism motion and meet the design requirements.The parts selection,processing and assembly of the test-bed are carried out,and the production of the flutter test-bed is finally completed.The construction of the test system and the optimization of Bionic Flapping Wing are carried out.The aerodynamic characteristics of flapping wing and tail are tested,and the best aerodynamic parameters of Bionic Flapping Wing and tail simulation results are verified.On this basis,the aerodynamic simulation and experimental comparison test of flapping wing trajectory are carried out,the best "8" shape flapping wing trajectory is determined,and the optimal design of Bionic Flapping Wing is completed. |
