In order to better support social and economic development, the electricity sector must be prepared to network planning. Consider in advance the user power supply quality and reliability requirements, to ensure that users reliable and secure electricity. Quality and accurate planning can provide reliable power to ensure that the community, saving a lot of construction funds.Firstly, the current situation of social-economic development and Shangli grid are analyzed, trying to sort out the weaknesses and problems of the grid, followed by the use of annual growth method, electricity elasticity coefficient method load electricity demand forecasting method for short and medium term Shangli electricity consumption and peak load forecast analysis performed by Shangli domain development and load analysis, load forecasting the Shangli vision proposed planning improvement targets, with net short-term and long-term development objectives, identified Shangli "Thirteen Five" grid construction and transformation plan.By studying the plan of Shangli grid "Thirteen Five", a clear development direction chestnut grid, and further optimize the network structure to solve the grid "strangle hold" problem, improve power quality and supply reliability overall economic efficiency of power grid construction resource-saving and environment-friendly power grid, power grid to solve the overall development plan project implementation and coordination of regional issues, the better for the chestnut economic development.
